Refunds & Reprints Policy

We offer a 14-day refund and reprint policy!

To request a refund or reprint, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide details in your email, include the purchase date, the items you wish to return, and photos of the defective product. 

What can be reprinted: 

• Problem with print quality or adhesion

What cannot be returned/reprinted: 

• DTF transfers with color shifts due to submitted print files.
• Pixelated prints caused by low-quality graphics provided by the client.
• Prints with grammatical or design errors made by the designer.
• Prints with white outlines/halos due to semi-transparent pixels in the original artwork.
• Transfers damaged by the courier.
• Gang sheets with overlaps, ghost images, or other irregularities submitted or approved by the client

MDRN PRINT is not responsible for refunds or reprints for orders that are damaged or delayed by the carrier (UPS/USPS or FedEx).
